Hotel Milano Navigli

I stayed at this hotel for one night because it was the only one available at a reasonable price when booking 24 hours in advance. I didn't give it one star because the staff were friendly, the room was clean and the hotel is well located. But I really didn't appreciate being woken up early in the morning when the hotel staff decided to kick travelers out of the room next to mine. Probably my worst hotel experience.

Stayed here with my father in October 2023 amazing rooms with amazing accommodations (mini fridge and new towels every day) the staff were very friendly with very amazing English and very helpful when it came down to baggage, ordering taxis and giving us brochures for activity’s The location was alright as it was an amazing commute to the canal however the commute to the chapel (a site which I highly recommend) and the commute to a metro station were more of a problem but the hotel was attached to a McDonald’s which was an easy commute for dinner and when me and my father were about to leave the city. Over all loved the experience if I ever find myself in the city again I will happily go to the same hotel

Got stuck in Milan for 2 1/2 days. LOL I know it sounds funny. So just needed a place to lay my head. Found this gem where the price was good so I booked it. If you are looking for the Ritz this is not it. But it's a nice boutique hotel. The staff and management team were great. I had a single room with breakfast included. (Oh how I will miss my morning cappuccinos.) It is a small place but it did the job. Clean and the place is in the Navigli neighborhood hence the name. Walking distance to a nice vibe "walking area" by the water/river with lots of hang out and restaurant spots. Would stay again if I was back in Milan.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Good cantral location with eay access to tram & metro to explore the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. No coffee or tea making facilities in room, but when we asked for a kettle it was left up to room very promptly. Would definitely recommend this hotel for good value, cleanliness and wonderful staff

First staff was amazing. Customer service was perfect. we came a bit earlier, before check in time, my room was not ready but guy on the reception give me a free upgrade. room was super clean and big. good location. Also my wife got a present from hotel stuff. My wife’s birthday supposed to be next day and guy at the reception notice that, so he came with present at my room. That was beautiful gesture.
